Orange Cream

Enjoy the perfect complement of fruity orange cream with our crisp and nutty Sunflower Microgreens!

Ingredients:
- 700 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 200 g cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- 2 packets (16g) vanilla sugar

Instructions:
1. Pour the orange juice into a pot. In a separate bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of juice with cornstarch and vanilla sugar. Add this mixture back into the pot. Stir and bring the orange pudding mix to a gentle boil. Simmer briefly, then remove from heat. Let it cool, stirring occasionally to avoid pudding skin.

2. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix mascarpone with the pudding mix. Finally, fold in the whipped cream.

3. Prepare six dessert glasses. Fill them with the orange cream. Top with candied or roasted sunflower seeds and sunflower Microgreens. Serve chilled. Enjoy your easy and delicious Orange Cream Dessert!
